Alan Reid
Alan is co-founder of Love & Above.

His speciality is Colour Therapy which he has studied extensively. His fascination for Colour started as a young boy and developed quickly into a passion.
​
Alan is also a Vibrational healer everything vibrates either with light, colour or sound frequencies.
​
This type of healing is felt most intensely in the physical body. It does however, work on ever level and is very different to other types of healing.
​
Alan is also a qualified Spiritual Healer. This type of healing differs from others as this is a passive process. The healer steps back as Spirit steps forward, this makes Spiritual Healing a non active directed healing.
​
Spiritual Healing is sometimes known as intelligent healing as it just knows where to go.
​
Alan also teaches Yang style Tai Chi (108 move Taoist version). Tai Chi is practived in a slow flowing style and is considered to be a moving meditation. It is a series of movements practiced primarily for health benefits. Alan has been practicing for 9 years and teachinbg for the last 2 years.

Alan practices Meditation regularly and often leads others in a series of guided Meditations. Meditations are a means the transforming the mind. Meditation practices are techniques that encourage and develop cencentration, clarity, emotional positivity, and a calm seeing of the true nature of things. By engaging with a particular mediation practice, you learn the patterns and habits of your mind, and the practice offers a means to cultivate new, more positice ways of being. With regular work and patience these nourishing, focused states of mind can deepen into profoundly peaceful and energised states of mind. Such experineces can have a transformative effect and can lead to a new understanding of life.

Alan also has a keen interest in the Star Races in particular the Arcturians and Pleiadians. He has access to information from both of these races and his expertise is delivered through a series of talks. Please come and join Alan as the mystery of the Arcturian race is currently being unravelled and the Pleiadians story is still to be explained.
